2nd car purchase from MG in 2 years. First time dealing with Joe Levak the “Sales Manager”. Shipper arrived with the 6 mos old BMW Alpina with 6k miles. The shipper immediately points ou First time dealing with Joe Levak the “Sales Manager”. Shipper arrived with the 6 mos old BMW Alpina with 6k miles. The shipper immediately points out a broken air dam on front fender, and tells me he received it that way. So the dealer knew about it and didn’t disclose it. So I immediately text Joe “the supposed sales manager “ and he says “he didn’t see it” and “ it’s a cheap fix” blah blah blah. Tells me to get a quote so I get a quote from authorized BMW body shop and send Joe the quote for $2800 (the part alone was $1200 unpainted). The air dam could not be “repaired” according to body shop because any other impact would re-open the repair. Dealer never contests the quote or responded to emails. So I chase him down again and he says “no worries “ I’ve been out of the office for a couple days. “We’ll take care of it. So I get the bumper repaired and the dealer is saying he never authorized repair. I have all this in writing. This car was sold $10k below new sticker at $160k and described as “new condition“. This dealer does a majority of their business via internet and that type of business requires a lot of trust and honesty. All cars are detailed before they are photographed and this car had obvious damage that couldn’t have been see from photographs but was apparent to the naked eye. The dealer knew the vehicle had damage, didn’t disclose it, hid it, said they would take of repair and basically lied and didn’t honor it. I wouldn’t trust this guy Joe Levak or the folks at Marshall Goldman with any purchase. Buy at your own risk. More

These are the absolute sleaziest people around. I am a car collector and bought a car represented by them as a collector car and all original.
