Riccardo introduced us to Rich the Sales Manager to complete the deal. Both Riccardo and Rich went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with the deal. Once again, absolutely no pressure. They gave us a great deal on our trade in and a great price on the vehicle of our choice. We were approved for the deal in a matter of minutes. Riccardo made sure we understood the deal as Rich prepared the paperwork. The dealership is absolutely spotless. Everyone smiled, said hello, answered any question we had. We believe that Rich went above and beyond by having the dealership givie us a great deal on an extended warranty. The dealership was prepared to go above and beyond for us. I was just looking at cars to see what i could find to replace my van with. I had wanted to test drive a few different cars that day, Fiat was my first stop. It was my birthday and I wanted to drive a Fiat and a Kia Soul. Loved driving the Fiat but still wanted to try a Soul as well. The salesman drove us to the Kia dealership so I could drive the Soul. I didn't like it and came back and bought the Fiat! The people at this dealership were awesome! they were all very nice and really informative about everything and the paperwork was explained very well and was easy to understand.
