I have bought many cars during my life time and dealt with many dealers. however, I must admit that my experience with Audi of Arlington has been unique, exceptional and truly admirable. in 2019, I worked with Mr. Shown Vahid who helped with with my purchase of my 2019 A4. My intention was to buy a year old car to save money. After consultation with him, he advised me with total professionalism that because of special offers, he could actually get me a brand new 2019 A4 at the same price of the previously owned one. I could not be more delighted. He even arranged to get me a a color which was in fact in shortage. Nevertheless, he was able to find one for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Vahid. their total focus is on customer retention and they do their best to make sure to operate with a standard that could help them achieve this objective.

Awful customer service. Had to call multiple times to get assistance with my car warranty. As to date, my car has been with them 5 days and I ask that I be kept in the loop of the service. To which I am not ( unless I call). Constant voicemails and hold times. Just terrible customer service

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing! What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car! Ken was extremely responsive, genial, and honestly excited about the prospect of getting me in this car!! He bucked the "used car salesman" trope from the first conversation. After getting off that first call, I turned to my boyfriend and said, "I found my car!!" Ken made the process SO simple. From start to finish, it went smoothly. I really didn't think it would go off without a hitch, but it was great! We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, which was awesome, considering our flight was 90 min late. Ken met us right away, and my car had a big red bow on it. What every girl dreams of, lol! The finance department was able to get me an amazing interest rate, which was 16% lower than I was going to get with that horrid vending machine company! I wish I could remember the finance gentleman's name, but I'm blanking! He also made the process very smooth. In summary, I am now an Audi convert for life. When I am in the market for a new one, there is absolutely no possibility that I would go anywhere other than Richmond Audi! Many thanks to everyone at the dealership, but a special thank you to Ken!!
