"In the past, this dealership had A1 service with fixing my vehicle. This time around is horrible. My truck has been sitting nearly a month and they can’t get me a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work. One lady lies about why they can’t give me one…….another guy makes up another story. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this place and all of a sudden, the service has went up in smoke. The manager kept saying to me “If I have one I would give you one.” It’s been a WHOlE month and not one loaner vehicle is available. Unbelievable!!!!"
