I had a favorable car buying experience. Everyone involved was polite, honest, and provided diligent customer service throughout the entire process. I appreciated not feeling pressured and the relaxed environment. A quick shoutout for Jennifer for going above and beyond with the registration process. I appreciate you taking the extra time out of your day - thank you. Maddie, you’re a great saleswoman - keep doing what you’re doing. I appreciated that you were relaxed, calm, collected as well as the first person to approach me outside in the parking lot. The only recommendation that I have is to familiarize the cars safety features and encourage registrations through the dealership as appointments for the RMV are hard to obtain in MA.

So I needed the original window sticker for my Acura NSX that was purchased at this selling dealer I didn’t buy it from them and the only way to get a replacement is to get it from them. What amazing people here they called me back sent it to me didn’t charge me for it so friendly such good people here thank you really appreciate it five stars all around.
