"I made an appointment to have my 2016 Smart fortwo look over. I haven't been able to take the car there because of only one technician available. They gave an appt for today at 7:30 AM. I got up at 5AM, drove through ice to be there at 7:30 AM. When they open, they would see me, because I needed to leave the car for a few days. I drove from Ft Collins, and I asked if they expected me to walk back 60 + miles. The Smart representative was rude telling me that they informed me it was going to take several day. I spoke to a Linda in scheduling and she was aware that I needed same day service, and I would wait for the car. Very disappointed, Wouldn't give a star, but had to to leave a comment. Hoping that if Smart comes back to US, they use a real dealer."
