Wow! One thing is to be taken care of when you have an appointment. Today I was stranded by an electrical shutdown in my Acura hybrid RLX. My friends at Elite Acura fit me right in. Giovanni Paparo from whom I had bought my car years ago, lent me his personal car (no loaners were available) so I could run some errands. Meanwhile, Daquan Rogers fit me into the technicians busy schedule. My issue resolved, I left with a washed car and a smile on my face. Elite Acura turned my day around!

I visited 8 other dealerships before visiting this dealership. If you are looking for Actua with a right price at this crazy market, this is your place. The Sales Manager Mr. Peter Espana was really helpful. Its nice to see that the "art of making car deal possible", "working with customer" are still alive in this market. The pricing was really fair. We bought a 2023 Integra and leased a 2022 RDX A Spec on the same day. It was only possible as Mr. Peter Espana worked hard to get me to those numbers I was looking for. They are fairly knowledgeable about the new features and improvements and articulate the differences very well. If you are in market for new Acura or pre-owned car (any brand), you gotta visit Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura and dont hesitate to look for Mr. Peter Espana

The best car dealership ever!! I bought a RDX from them in August and the service was so great. I called Ethan on Thursday looking for a used car for my daughter. Tom followed up on Friday and learned about what I was looking for and on Saturday called me with my daughter's dream car. Tom and Ethan was fantastic! Had some question about the car to be looked over again and they came and got the car and looked at it and then Jimmie in service was awesome answered all my questions about the car and yes brought it back to my door step! Robert was excellent explaining my best options for the extended warranty!! I have two more children that will be needing car and we will definitely be going to Clinton Acura. Andrei and Felipe both provided me with the best-in-class customer experience when getting my new Acura Integra. I went to trade in my ILX, and he came to me with an offer that made me happy and was at Kelly blue book value, which I appreciated. He was also responsive on his day off and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase and options. I previously went to a different Acura dealership but will only buy my car from Andrei and my friends at Springfield Acura. Felipe hooked it up with good coverage for maintenance for four years. I really felt taken care of and valued as a customer. That’s hard to find these days with the chip shortage going on. A lot of other car dealerships I went to were standoffish, but Andrei and Felipe both respected that it’s still a big decision regardless of the ongoing inventory issues. I’m super happy with my experience and brand-new baby. Thank you!

BEWARE. ITS A SCAM DEALERSHIP. At 1pm I called for a new RDX that was featured on their website. Spoke to Ajala, sales rep, and she told me it's available and to come down. It was for my 75 year old uncle. My uncle and aunt drove an hour to the dealership. Ajala didn't come to meet them. Another sales rep came and said the car is not available as there is a deposit on it from morning and they should buy the one which was $12k more. If the car had a deposit on it since morning, why would Ajala ask them to stop by at 1pm. Spoke to the manager, Rich, and he was of no help, he rather justified the scam. PLEASE BEWARE. THIS DEALERSHIP IS JUST IN PRACTICE OF SCAMMING BUYERS PROMISING THEM THE CAR AND WHEN THEY COME TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY SWITCH AND BAIT THE BUYERS WITH A HIGHER PRICE CAR.

I live in Central NJ but wouldn’t mind to drive 45 minutes to Acura of Ocean for our car needs. Dan R. he is a very kind, honest, and knowledgeable about Acura cars. He is very friendly thorough-out in explaining new features of the new car and the options that fits our needs. The financial person Justin was also very quick, professional and honest. He is was very knowledgeable, honest, always friendly and very patient. He doesn’t push you at all to add options and will work with you. He made me feel special and goes above and beyond to make you have the best experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else except Acura of Ocean and exceptional dealership.
