I purchased my 1st Acura in 1991 and my 2nd in 2003, both brand new. I also have a 2006 SUV from another manufacturer, to which I can compare. Over the yrs, believe that Acura service dept. has been honest and reasonable. There was only 1 occasion where I was given a repair quote about 30% higher than the other service center. I called Acura to let them know. I was told that I was given the wrong info and the person to whom I had spoken was new. To be fair, this was a time when they had almost all new, younger employees. And I guess this person figured if they got more money for the company, it would make them look good. To the contrary, I never saw that person at Acura again. Here it is, over 30yrs and hundreds of people later and the "more seasoned staff" know me personally by name. Not because I have a lot of needed repairs but because they actually care about their loyal customers. I can only speak for the service center in Langhorne. I honestly have nothing negative to say right now. And, No, I'm not being paid or compensated for this review. It's my honest opinion.
