Been going here for service for over 10 years now and I have to say., I’ve yet to be disappointed. My latest experience has been my most appreciated yet. My car was in desperate need for a specific part that was on a national back order. The parts manager Rare, went above and beyond. He managed to find my part at a dealership out of state. Made arrangements and got the part delivered literally the next day and the service department got me in and out.

Paid over $1000 to get my vehicle serviced on 11/12/2022. Was informed that everything was great, the battery had was just a little low and Radley Acura recharged it. On 11/14/2022 the car won't start! Seat was wet when I picked the vehicle up and they left an empty can of freshener in the vehicle.

I never authorized to get a battery installed plus they charged me for installing it when I could have gotten it installed free 0somewhere else. These people will try to get whatever money they can.
