This is the dealership where I purchased my MDX. I go there as much as I can to get maintenance performed. I was greeted this day as soon as I drove up to the service department. JT was very friendly and helpful. He gave me details of the maintenance to be performed. He gave me a timeline of when my car would be ready and times he would be following up with me. He did exactly what he said he would do. My car was ready the time he said it would be. They also cleaned and washed my car. It looked great and running well again.

Octavio Realzola greeted me at the service drive up and I gave him the list of issues that needed attention. After inspecting the trouble areas, he arranged for a courtesy ride home since some of the work would take more than a few hours. The 4 wheel alignment had been completed, and the service tech advised that both headlight assemblies needed to be replaced (under warranty) because they were not sealed properly and condensation had gotten inside. When the headlight assemblies were received, I received a call to schedule an appointment. The assemblies were replaced at that time, and all's well now. Thanks Octavio and the service department staff.

I had a great experience dealing with sales manager Jason Lee. He communication skills are excellent. He responded to my emails within minutes. He’s ver professional and was willing to work with me to get the vehicle I really wanted. There was no high pressure. Even though I ended up going a different direction, I’d recommend everyone that’s in the market for a new vehicle to give him a call.

It was my first time to buy a car online. It was a good experience. My salesperson Danual was very good and very helpful to this old guy who has never bought a car like that. The office, too, was very good to be helpful for me to understand what I was doing. I am 80 years old so I needed that extra help.

By far the most professional and transparent dealership experience I’ve ever been a part of. Nathan was extremely helpful in showing the vehicle and communicating with me throughout what usually is a stressful process. But he made it very easy and without any pressure. Rafe, made the finance experience a breeze and extremely helpful, and transparent with all of the numbers, warranty and tire coverage. Even got the chance to test drive the vehicle over night and think things through. Again no pressure whatsoever and no feeling of being rushed. I really appreciate the transparency and professionalism of everyone in this dealership. A truly smooth transaction and experience.

Very busy dealership. - No name

Very busy dealership. Did have to wait for the salesman we talked with initially and got handed off to an associate. Took a while to find the keys for the used vehicle we were looking at. First glance vehicle was in good shape with new tires and all cleaned up but a closer detailed inspection (I am an aircraft mechanic) showed that this truck had led a hard life, junk yard steering rack, bent fenderwell lips from bottoming the suspension and a cobbled-in aftermarket radio were among the most glaring issues. Don't see the salesman's name assigned to me listed but would give him 5 stars.

Just an absolute joke of a dealership. Doing everything in their power to not fix something under warranty, despite 5 trips to dealership, dozens of videos proving the issue, and doing lots of outside research on automotive forums to prove how common the issue is. Every single time the excuse is "cannot replicate" after taking the vehicle for a 5 minute spin around the dealership parking lot. An oil change takes 4 hours. I had my brake fluid replaced at a different mechanic shop as part of routine maintenance, and i was told by this dealership months later that my brake fluid looks due to replace. Once I told them that it was literally just replaced they backtracked saying "oh, um, actually it doesnt look that bad". I am a medical professional and will be doing everything in my power to convince all of my colleagues to take their business elsewhere

I can’t say enough about Adam Binford, he’s not just a salesman, he actually cares about the customers & does his best to steer them in the right direction. He’s a very caring, selfless, motivating, resourceful being and deserves the world bc he’s a giver. This field suits him best for sure! He has multiple awards for being a top salesman, however, I believe his drive and his heart lead him to receive those as well! Thank you!!!

I did love my Acura RDX but this dealership was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I would recommend going anywhere but there to purchase my next vehicle.
