"Sales is great. Service is terrible to work with. Appointments are useless (still have to drop off). Having to drop off even for a scheduled appointment is the most frustrating aspect. What do you expect people to do without a vehicle for 2-3 days? Loaners?? Nope, don’t have those either. All but one service advisor is friendly. "
