"Overall, good service, but I had a bad experience trying to set up an appointment for a recall. I called 4 times and was put on hold way longer than I could wait, I tried to book online and wasn’t able to. I finally got through on the phone. The rep I talked to set up the appointment for four weeks out and when I got to Autonation for the service they had no record of my appointment. Jamie, however, fit me in and provided wonderful service. He was pleasant and gracious and did exactly what he said he would. Even left water and an air freshener in my car! Thank you, Jamie!!"
